ISKEY APP

Terms of use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Qualify app, made by ISKEY APP Limited ("we", "us"). Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies to your use of the app; if the two conflict, Apple's terms apply to the licence and these terms apply to everything else. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Not affiliated with the CII

Qualify is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). "CII" and the R0 exam names are used only to describe the qualifications the app helps you prepare for. The questions in Qualify are written for practice and are not real exam questions. Always check the current syllabus and official study materials from the CII.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to make the questions and explanations accurate, but we cannot promise they are error-free or up to date with every change to the syllabus, law or regulation. We do not guarantee that using Qualify will help you pass any exam. You are responsible for checking anything important against official sources.

Purchases

Using the app

You may use Qualify for your own personal study. Please do not copy, share, resell or publish the questions, or try to get around the app's access controls.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach, for any loss of profit, or for any result you get (or do not get) in an exam. Our total liability to you in connection with the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for it.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. We may stop offering the app, in which case we will give reasonable notice where we can. Your rights as a consumer under the law of the UK are not affected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
